In a direct appointment earlier this year, Media Merchants is now managing media strategy for Metagenics Australia. Working on Inner Health and Ethical Nutrients brands in Australia and New Zealand, the Media Merchants service team will be based in the Brisbane office.
The appointment in March this year, see’s Media Merchants reunite with the brands after previously working on the account for 17 years while the business traded as Health World Ltd, before parting ways briefly in 2019.

Media Merchants extensive experience in the pharmacy and VMS category in addition to their exceptional client service and strategic thinking were integral to the appointment. The agency has strong experience working with retail pharmacy, being lead media partner for Priceline for 12 years until 2014, before then being appointed to the TerryWhite Chemmart business in 2016.

The appointment for Metagenics follows continued growth for the full service, independent agency. Working with existing clients endota and TerryWhite Chemmart on media strategies for revitalized brand campaigns that launched nationally in early 2023 across media including television, out of home, digital publishing and audio. The agency has also bolstered its digital and performance departments in the last 18 months with wins on Battery World, endota, Whitfords, Designer Appliances and Elite Appliances.
