Born out of Melbourne in 2000, endota has grown to over 100 spas nationwide, with a thriving skincare and wellness product line and a registered training organisation focussing on beauty therapy, remedial massage and spa management.












Overview
In a competitive market with challenging economic conditions, endota was seeking a cohesive strategic approach across their above the line and digital performance media, to ensure a superior customer journey and deliver business growth year on year. Having worked with the MM team for some time across above the line, the performance team was invited to pitch and subsequently won the business in 2022. Working as one collaborative team, Media Merchants was tasked with delivering revenue growth across endota’s national footprint and enrolment growth for endota Wellness College, endota’s registered training organisation.
