OVERVIEW
National Product Review is Australia’s leading review site, designed to help you on your purchasing journey with a range of tools to assist from research to buying. You can view key product features, watch videos, read reviews and locate your closest retailer. Media Merchants were responsible for the initial build of the website in 2017, and have since made ongoing updates and improvements to both the website, and it’s linked social media platforms.

Project Scope
MM were tasked with refreshing National Product Review’s current social media strategy, with the hope of creating more engagement across Instagram and Youtube. Media Merchants started the project by determining key topics or themes that align with National Product Review’s expertise and audience interests (ie. product reviews, tech trends, blog articles), as well as key retail dates within the calendar year (ie. Mothers Day, Spring cleaning, new product launch). We were then able to create a cohesive and effective social media creative strategy that not only refreshed the branding, but also drove engagement, built community, and ultimately achieved business objectives.
